Our chef's creamy crab bisque finished with a touch of sherry and white truffle ($8 cup, $10 bowl)

Marinated pork tenderloin, grilled and finished with a cranberry apricot glaze and plated over roasted butternut squash mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus ($24 a la carte)
