Southern Pimento Cheese Dip
Chilled southern classic, cheddar pimento cheese dip, served with a side of pickled jalapenos & butter crackers
Paired with Domaine Bellevue Sauvignon Blanc (France)


SECOND COURSE (EACH CHOOSE ONE):
Fried Artichoke Hearts

Fried artichoke hearts and green tomatoes dusted with seasoned flour, flash fried and served with a smoked lemon aioli
Paired with Ardega Gran Vinum Nessa Albarino (Spain)


Apple Bacon Brussels Sprouts Salad
Shaved Brussels sprouts and mixed greens with smoked bacon chopped apples, blue cheese crumbles, dried cherries, roasted spiced pumpkin seeds, and a honey mustard dressing
Paired with Lake Chalice "The Nest" Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand)

THIRD COURSE (EACH CHOOSE ONE):
Chicken, Sausage & Shrimp Gumbo
New Orleans Style slow simmered gumbo with smoked andouille sausage, blackened chicken and shrimp over rice and okra finished with green onions
Paired with Thomas Henry Cabernet (California)


Smoked Chicken Pot Pie
House smoked chicken breast with slow simmered vegetables in a creamy herb roux and topped with buttery filo crust and baked until golden
Paired with Christophe Coquard Pinot Noir (France)

Bistro Barbecue Plate
Quarter rack of ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, fried Brussels sprouts,
and house fried potato chips with a side of 3 BBQ sauces
